The Best of MacroMuse Magazine
MacroMuse Magazine was published from 1981 through 1988 by Michael Rossoff. It was subtitled "The Macrobiotic Forum Magazine" that offered a wide range of viewpoints about the scope, direction and meaning of macrobiotics. Each issue had regular columns such as "Getting Started with Macrobiotics", "Hearthbeat", "Book Reviews" plus travel tips, cooking articles and healing stories. In total, there are 75 articles that will educate and inspire you.
Many fine people contributed articles, art, ideas and criticisms. Among the authors were Tom Monte, John and Jan Belleme, Herman Aihara, Rebecca Theurer Wood, Ron Kotzsch, Lenny Jacobs, Mark N. Mead and many others.
